Our lifetime technical support is limited to door locks that were purchased directly from FingerprintDoorLocks.com. If you have any questions about your lock, please contact us right away.

IBC Technical support is provided by telephone and therefore extremely limited in scope which prevents us from the direct participation in resolving some issues.

Our Support Team:

  • Will ask you questions about your lock to confirm functionality.
  • If problems occur, the technician may direct you to videos, telephone directions, or e-mailed resolutions.
  • If a lock issue is unable to be resolved and you are within warranty; the 1 year replacement warranty will come into effect. To learn more about the warranty conditions please see our terms and conditions.
