The BioStationT2 is a state-of-the-art access control system unmatched in its power and versatility. This device comes with built in features that push the boundaries of what can be achieved by biometric technology. It utilizes an award winning best in breed fingerprint scanner system.  It has a 400,000 fingerprint user capacity. Each user can have a personal pass code. It comes complete with a mifare smart card reader.  It allows for a wide range of access modes, including options as dual authentication with Pin + Finger & Card + Finger, just to name a few. It sports a vibrant 5” color screen that can display messages, custom wallpaper, show video/photos and even give voice instructions.  With its built in camera, microphone and speakers it can be used as a video door phone.  The built in camera allows it to automatically take a snapshot of anyone in front of the unit for verification.  User time & attendance records are automatically recorded. This amazing machine can hold an incredible 1 million event logs and 5,000 captured user images right on board.
      What separates the BioStationT2 from most network capable access system is the embedded web server. The web server runs the system management software BioStar lite within its matrix, thus no need to connect with a control computer or server.  Using the embedded server allows for 24/7 real time system access management.  This ultra-advanced biometric system can be networked with other BioStationT2 units as well as a wide array of other security products.  Another unique feature of the BioStationT2 is it boasts multiple ways of connecting the unit to other devices on a network. Secure I/O

Used with Suprema Products, the Secure IO is an accessory device which is primarily used to prevent forced entry.  By locating the relay that unlocks the door inside the secured area, the Secure IO can prevent “hot wiring” of the lock.  Additional IO functionality includes four assignable inputs for use with alarm disconnects, alarm/tamper triggers, Request-to-Exits and more!  We strongly recommend this option for all high security areas.
