IBC offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all products
If you mistakenly order a product or once you receive the product decide it is not for you, you can send it back for your money back! This policy is for the benefit of the customer.
However, if the product has been damaged or is returned missing accessories or other parts, a 20% restocking fee may be assessed. If a product has been damaged, not only is the warranty voided, but the 30 day return policy does not apply.
30 day returns must be shipped prepaid freight by the customer and only the price of the product will be refunded, minus any shipping cost paid by IBC. The customer must notify IBC of the return. Any items returned without notification will not be accepted.
