How do I redeem my Fingerprintdoorlocks.com coupon /promotional code?

After adding your items to the shopping cart you will have the option to enter this code. Please ensure you enter the code as it appears on your promotional item. This code is CASE sensitive.

Is my personal information and transaction secure?

What if the lock I order does not work for my installation or I just don’t like it?

You simply package the unit back up, with all original packaging and contents, as you received it and call our tech support dept, within 30 days of purchase, to acquire an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once you receive this document, please complete the rest of the info required and fax it back to us at 513-239-6322. Please include this RMA # clearly on the outside of package and include the paperwork inside. Once your return has been received and checked into our warehouse an credit will be issued to the Credit card that was used to purchase the item within 10 business days.

If you want to return an item after 30 days of purchase, you may do so; however, this is at the discretion of our staff and will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Will you let me know if something I've ordered is not available?

If there are any problems processing your order, a Fingerprintdoorlocks.com Team Member will contact you. For the most part, we attempt to communicate with you via email using the account we have on file.

Payment Questions

Do I receive a receipt for my purchase?

Yes, of course! As soon as you complete your transaction our website will display details of the transaction. You will also automatically receive a copy of this receipt at the email address you entered when you placed your order. When your product ships from our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number for the shipment. For warranty purposes you will also receive an email containing an invoice and serial number(s) for the product(s) you purchased if applicable.

Does Fingerprintdoorlocks.com offer financing? Does Fingerprintdoorlocks.com take Government / Education PO’s?

Fingerprintdoorlocks.com does Not offer Financing at this time. However we are working with several banks to provide this service in the near future. At this time we take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, COD, and Wire Transfer. For more details on sending a wire please email our Credit Department.

Product Information

What does the "Out of Stock” - mean on an item and how long will It take to get my order?

When an item is marked "Out of Stock” it is either an item that we can still source but due to heavy allocation (shortage of stock in our warehouses) we've opted to mark the item with a discount until the units arrive in our warehouse. Most out of stock items arrive within 2-3 weeks. You will receive an electronic UPS tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.

What kind of warranty does Fingerprintdoorlocks.com offer?

Fingerprintdoorlocks.com sells thousands of high quality Fingerprint locks and we back each and every one with a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers products that have a manufacturers defect and is preventing the unit from operation as it should. The warranty does not cover acts of nature, vandalism, improper installation, or misuse of the product. If the returned lock is tested by one of our engineers and found not to be covered by the warranty then your credit card on file will be charged the full amount for the replacement unit.

We also offer extended repair warranties which cover parts and labor as well as complete 2 year. Replacement warranties.

Shipping Questions

Can I purchase a product online and have it shipped directly to another address?

Yes. If you purchase a product online as a gift or for yourself, you can have it shipped directly to another address (such as where you work). Simply enter the alternative address during the checkout process when asked for a delivery address.

How does free shipping work? What items have free shipping?

At this time many Fingerprintdoorlocks.com products qualify for FREE UPS ground shipping within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii besides products that specify that shipping is not free or has the price "plus shipping".. You also have the choice of NDA saver, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day select all offered by UPS. For International orders please e-mail our sales dept. with which products you are interested in purchasing and a complete ship address including phone number and we will provide you a quotation via e-mail.

When will my order be delivered?

An order submitted by 3 pm EST usually ships from one of our fulfillment centers within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated on the product page(s) for the item(s) you purchase. UPS ground shipments will be received from 2-5 business days from ship date.

Where does Fingerprintdoorlocks.com ship to? Do you ship Internationally?

Fingerprintdoorlocks.com does ship Internationally. There are restrictions on the shipment of certain products to certain countries. outside of North America. For the most part you can expect a smooth and simple transaction when ordering from a location outside of North America. (See below for details and restrictions) ALL orders from outside the USA that are over $300 require a faxed copy of the Credit Card being used and a copy of the card holders Government issued ID. (There are no exceptions to this policy) We MUST PROVIDE YOU A SHIPPING QUOTE before the order is placed. INTERNATIONAL ORDER RESTRICTIONS:

    • Due to sanctions imposed by the US Government, we do NOT accept ANY orders from countries listed below:
    • Due to potential fraud and other mitigating factors, Intelligent Biometric Controls LLC as a policy does not accept orders from the following countries / regions: (unless payment received in full via wire transfer or check)
